Welcome to the team

Initial Phone Call

The initial phone call will be conducted by a member of our recruitment team. This step is designed to be a two-way conversation where we can learn more about each other.

Focus for this step:

  • An introduction to our company and your potential role.
  • Understanding your professional background and aspirations.
  • Assessing initial compatibility with our team and culture.

  

If we both feel there’s a potential match, we will proceed to the technical assessment.

Technical Assessment

The technical assessment involves presenting a case in front of one of our senior developers. In some instances, we will review your previous work, and in other instances, you will be asked to prepare a case. If you need to prepare a case, you will be informed in advance.

 

Focus for this step:

  • Solving a technical case or presenting previous work related to our field.
  • Demonstrating your approach to tackling complex problems.
  • Showcasing your technical knowledge and competencies.

 

Successful candidates will move on to the contract proposal stage.

We offer flexibility in work location. You can expect to be on-site at your primary client 1-3 days a week. The rest of the time can be spent at CloudNative HQ or your home office, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting client needs.
